Everwell began with something deeply personal: my daughter, Liana.

Watching her struggle with food and allergy issues changed me. It sent me down a path of asking questions, researching, and learning — trying to understand how the everyday choices we make can shape our health and our future.

What started as a mother searching for answers became something much bigger. I realized how many women are searching too — for clarity, for better information, for ways to take greater ownership of their health, their lives, and their future. That became the heart of Everwell.

What began as wanting to create a healthier future for my own daughter has grown into a mission to help create a more informed, empowered future for all.
