Who wants to optimize their health in easy and delicious ways? Probably everyone! Whenever I make something to eat, I like packing in as much nutritional value as possible. Who's with me?
Banana nice cream is something I make regularly as it's easy, creamy and delicious - the perfect mid-afternoon snack or evening dessert. Honestly, I would even eat this for breakfast. At its most basic, it only needs 1 ingredient - the humble banana - but the sky’s the limit from there.
Enter the nice cream on nutritional steroids!
Banana nice cream is popular among vegans, or anyone that is dairy free because it provides an ice cream alternative that is just as creamy and delicious. With that said, you don't have to be dairy-free to enjoy this!
It's also naturally sweet, full of vitamins and minerals and the flavors can be easily changed to suit your mood. Think chocolate nice cream by adding cacao powder or pina colada nice cream by using coconut milk and frozen pineapple.
The other huge benefit is the cost. While dairy free/vegan ice cream can cost upwards of $6 for a pint, this only costs pennies!
Let me know if you give this delightful, powerhouse Berry Nice Cream a try!
