5 Ingredient Gluten-Free Oatmeal Energy Balls

These are the most perfect breakfast bites recommended by Dr. Sasha Shokrian.

As both a Doctor of Psychology and Life Coach, she has a true passion for sharing helpful psychology information and in her spare time she likes to make food that nourish the system and satisfy the soul. Now, that's what we call a snack!



⁣⁣Ingredients: 
* 1 cup gluten free rolled oats ⁣⁣
* 1/2 cup of your choice of nut butter ⁣⁣
* 1/2 cup of chia seeds ⁣⁣
* 2 tbsp of maple syrup ⁣⁣
* A pinch of sea salt⁣

Roll up the ingredients into balls and place on baking pan. 

Place in the oven on 350 degrees for 10 minutes, and transfer to your fridge for 20 minutes to seal.
